Flint is a stone used to start a fire.

Flint People are those we know of as doing remarkable things, that is, they start fires. They produce great art consistently, they have a small but solid group of fans & they’re standing out.

The mission of Flint People is to get to the heart of creativity by interviewing doers who practice creativity every day, and sharing their stories with those who are struggling with it.

I started this project because I wanted to understand the creative process of artists & entrepreneurs I admire. Creativity is all around us –  in a book that is so compelling you read it in one sitting, a cartoon that touches you, food that makes you want to tell everyone you know about it, or experiences that make you feel alive. What does it take to create something people love and admire? How do you build it from ground-up?

The answers to these questions are different for different people. I believe this is where the real value is, as an individual story can inspire someone who wants to break out but doesn’t know where to start.

Here is where we talk to creative entrepreneurs & artists, bringing you honest, credible and helpful conversations on creativity.
